HIGH PRESSURE METALCORE-BASIC
The
student will receive the training and skills required to weld in
various positions and joints at the conclusion of this course. Training
and skills are also obtained in the proper use and safety of the
welding machines used.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
The
student will train on GMAW in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
on plate and various joints. Students will obtain knowledge on setting
machines, selecting proper wire speed, machine operation and
maintenance, and preparation of materials to be used.
HIGH PRESSURE METALCORE-ADVANCED
The
student will receive the necessary training and skills required to
perform a high pressure T.S.S.A. vertical test at the conclusion of
this course. Training and skills are also obtained in the proper use
and safety of hand torches, automatic torches, grinders, gouging and
plasma cutting.
PRACTICAL TRAINING
The
student will train on GMAW-Metalcore in flat, horizontal, and vertical
positions on beveled plate. Students will obtain knowledge on setting
machines, selecting proper wire speed, machine operation and
maintenance, and preparation of materials to be used.
